“Great place to stay in Fairbanks.”

Great location. Nice pool and workout facility. The restaurant and bar in the evening was a great surprise. Breakfast was good, with a lot of options.

“Great stay with family in Fairbanks”

We booked this hotel in Fairbanks because it had an airport shuttle. Of course, a few weeks before our trip we get a notice on the website that they will no longer offer an airport shuttle. We booked this hotel in Fairbanks because it had an airport shuttle. Of course, a few weeks before our trip we get a notice on the website that they will no longer offer an airport shuttle. So be aware! That being said, we still had a great stay. Alex, who greeted us at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful. He offered restaurant recommendations and asked if we needed anything. The rooms themselves were fine. The free breakfast in the morning was actually pretty great. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, juice, coffee, etc.

The overall experience was not as expected, and there is definitely room for improvement in the service. The breakfast selection was also quite limited and could benefit from offering a wider variety of options. The hotel has several design flaws that negatively affected our stay. The closet is far too narrow to accommodate standard-sized hangers. When clothes are hung normally, the closet door cannot fully close because the hangers extend beyond the available space. The bathroom sink is also poorly designed. The faucet is too small for the sink, with a spout that is both too short and positioned too close to the edge. As a result, water constantly splashes onto the countertop during normal use, leaving any personal items placed there wet. In addition, housekeeping did not service our room during our two-night stay. We did not receive fresh towels or any room cleaning, and I ultimately had to go to the front desk myself to request and pick up clean towels. Overall, these design issues and the lack of housekeeping service made our stay much less comfortable than expected.
