“The Best Staff is in Apopka”

This is my favorite Hilton property and I stay all over the state 4-nights a week. I have been staying here on and off for over a year and a half and have NEVER had a bad experience. The entire staff is always cheerful, polite and very accommodating. This is a hotel and like all.... there have been a few times that i required attention for an issue with the room ie TV didn't work, sink was clogged.... that is going to happen from time to time. The staff handles any issue with urgency and a smile and fires their best to deliver world class customer service. I would rate the Apopka Hilton Garden Inn 10 out of 10. Thank you for always making me feel welcome and for ALWAYS having a clean room and pleasant home away from home. .

“Save yourself the headache and skip this one”

There was a lot left to be desired in the rooms. My room smelled like mold and mildew the entire first night and it triggered my allergies so bad that I had to switch rooms. There was a lot left to be desired in the rooms. My room smelled like mold and mildew the entire first night and it triggered my allergies so bad that I had to switch rooms. On top of that, the rooms only had 3 towels. I booked a double queen for 4. Why were the rooms not prepared as such? I went to get the towel that I was missing. This was hardly worth $250 a night in the outskirts of Orlando, that isn’t even a major metro. And finally, the wildlife might be pretty but they are aggressive and need to be removed. My car was left scratched badly by the peacock on the property. When I let the front desk know, they said it was typical. So now I’ve spent a lot of money on mediocre hotel and have to have my car repaired as well which will cost me more money. This is not a place I recommend to anyone. The single positive is the staff who was apologetic and helpful but ultimately couldn’t do much.
