“Great place to visit”

What a fantastic hidden gem! Booked a last minute weekend trip to Little torch key and was not disappointed! Close enough to Key West but far enough away to not get caught up in all the chaos Great vibe, good amenities and definitely worth it second trip!

At first glance I was a bit skeptical- the resort itself is a little older. We stayed in the King room. Just a bed with headboard storage, a chair and a wicker-type table. At first glance I was a bit skeptical- the resort itself is a little older. We stayed in the King room. Just a bed with headboard storage, a chair and a wicker-type table. It also included a large TV, microwave and small refrigerator. The was one lamp on the headboard, so at night we had to leave the bathroom door open with the light on. The water pressure was a bit lacking (we think it may have been this way all along the keys). The bathroom fan also did not work. We could also hear EVERYTHING the neighbors did/ said. HOWEVER the resort itself made up for the room. Parmer's has a nice size pool with plenty of lounge chairs, a private beach, breakfast, hammocks and QUIET. SO VERY PEACEFUL. And the price wasn't bad either (we booked through Expedia). We definitely plan on coming back to the keys and staying at Parmer's.

“Peaceful Stay on Little Torch Key!”

We had a pleasant stay here on April 14-16th. It is an older property that started out as a fishing camp in the 70’s. Very nice staff, grab ‘n go breakfast, pool & places to sit outside. We had a pleasant stay here on April 14-16th. It is an older property that started out as a fishing camp in the 70’s. Very nice staff, grab ‘n go breakfast, pool & places to sit outside. Our king room was very spacious & somewhat updated. One set of window blinds was broken & you couldn’t get the blinds all the way down. The bathroom was straight out of 1975 or so but quite functional. I would definitely recommend Parmer’s. Some additional updating would be helpful.

“Pricy, but Peaceful with Nice Water Views”

We were looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of Key West and Parmer's delivered a peaceful, comfortable stay with a beautiful view across the water. We were looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of Key West and Parmer's delivered a peaceful, comfortable stay with a beautiful view across the water. The continental breakfast was very good (cereal, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, yogurt, juice, and coffee). We would love to have enjoyed more of the outdoor activities that they offered (lawn games, kayaks, boat charters, etc), but it was unusually cold when we visited. We had a spacious two-bedroom cottage with a stove, microwave, and full-size fridge. We cooked two really nice dinners there. In better weather, we would have enjoyed eating dinner on the large porch with its partial view of the water. We enjoyed exploring nearly Bahia Honda State Park and the National Key Deer Wildlife Preserve from this location and it would be great for future fishing, snorkeling, and boat charter trips. In addition, it is not too far a drive to use as a base for Key West trips. We'd give Parmer's a 5-star review in many ways, but the kitchen/living area of the cottage was pretty worn looking and sparse. The metal chairs and kitchen table were not comfortable. With a little improvement in those areas it would be even more wonderful than it already was for us.
