This my third stay at this property. It's not a typical cookie-cutter Courtyard by Marriott. It's an expansive property with a very large "courtyard" that has been allowed to become neglected. Beautiful fountains in various levels of disrepair, they removed seating from areas where benches were obviously intended, and the fence near the river walk is busted down.... it could be so much better with some investment in maintenance and repairs. I agree with another poster that the hallways are dark... they need better lighting. But the room I had on this visit, while old, seems to have been recently renovated. Carpet looked brand new. No mildew in the shower at all despite dated bathroom tile that looks to have been installed decades ago. Comfy beds and cold A/C. And this is the only hotel along the river that has balconies. Major plus for me. Lovely river views! The Front Desk Agent was a gem. Completely professional and noticed/honored my low-floor preference, welcomed me and thanked me for my status, and asked if I wanted points or the F&B credit. Got an upgrade to a riverfront room without asking. The location can't be beat. There's a nice restaurant right next door and many other options about a half a mile away and easily reachable via a lovely stroll down the riverwalk. If they brightened up the hallways and fixed up courtyard area this place could definitely be great again.

I stayed here for business. The hotel is in a great location. I only had one night so I walked 4 miles in the rain to check out the area. The hotel is right on the river walk and close to downtown so it is easy to walk or drive to everything. The hotel has a hot tub which was nice as well. Breakfas… lisää

I stayed here for business. The hotel is in a great location. I only had one night so I walked 4 miles in the rain to check out the area. The hotel is right on the river walk and close to downtown so it is easy to walk or drive to everything. The hotel has a hot tub which was nice as well. Breakfast was not included with my stay. They don't have microwaves in the rooms from what I could tell which is unfortunate. As I recall the hotel is perpendicular to the water so only some room have a water view. Also the palm tree go up 3-4 floors so your view may be obstructed if you are not on the top floor. In any event I enjoyed the hotel and the area. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. The hotel seems to be a little older from what I can tell but it was nice for my needs.

Very average stay. There is no free breakfast. The bistro is quite expensive for what you get. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The junior suite was large and gave us plenty of room. The lighting is not great and the entire hotel needs updating. The room was clean, but hallways and common areas not so much. The gym was serviceable. The pool was nice. There are not many options for food in the immediate area. We stayed here bc it was walkable (25 min) to LECOM park. The river walk was very nice.
