“Great first stop on a road trip to the Keys”
This is our second year returning to this resort. It’s the perfect first stop on a Keys roadtrip. The staff is always so nice and they went above and beyond during our stay. “Ok but would not stay again”
Bed was clean and comfy. Carpet could do with a clean. Bathroom was very tired and bath/shower tile area grubby. On check in the woman had the flu and kept blowing her nose while handling our credit card. With the result my husband also caught it. She shouldn’t have been working on reception

“Just OK....”
I understand that this is "The Keys". However, there needs to be some general maintenance and upkeep. The elevator, although functioning, seems to be on its last few trips up and down. “Clean and mostly comfortable”
Our room had a lovely view. The bed and pillows seemed new and comfortable. Decor was nice. The bathroom was clean and functional but does need some updating.
