The front of the property had blooming potted plants with an extremely clean entrance and the hotel in general and the rooms were 5 star rated for cleanliness. I was greeted by every staff member I encountered which made me feel like a valued customer. The beds were cozy and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. Breakfast was hot and fresh and coffee was good tasting. The exterior patio area was huge and inviting with quality patio furniture and was a nice relaxing area with huge pool for HIE. We would stay here again anytime!

“College Move-In Day Weekend”

Definitely recommend this hotel! Traveling from New York to Florida to move our daughter to college. We stayed here the night before Move-In Day. Definitely recommend this hotel! Traveling from New York to Florida to move our daughter to college. We stayed here the night before Move-In Day. Reasonably priced (Florida Institute of Technology notes a discount on their website and the hotel honored it). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We utilized the pool and hot tub. Included breakfast consisted of pastries, bagels and breads, cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, pork sausage, cheese omelet, juices and coffee. A short, easily navigable drive to Florida Institute of Technology, Walmart, gas stations, and restaurants. We would stay again when visiting!

“Excellent value for money”

We stayed there for 2 nights between 2 legs of our trip from Miami to New Orleans. Room was basic but very good size wise, bad was excellent, lining perfect. Towels in goodvshape, aboundant qt. We stayed there for 2 nights between 2 legs of our trip from Miami to New Orleans. Room was basic but very good size wise, bad was excellent, lining perfect. Towels in goodvshape, aboundant qt. Breakfast was ruther poor, but you had basics. We did find convenient tee & coffy mashine available in tge lobby 24/7. Parking convenient, location in general ok. Compared to our Miami 4* hotel this one had 5 times better price performance. Great experience.

“More Expensive, But Not "More Better".”

This is a lovely property, conveniently located, clean and quiet. Beyond that, it's average. The staff generally did not seem happy in their work, although engaging a couple of them in a personal and grateful way opened up some pleasant conversation. This is a lovely property, conveniently located, clean and quiet. Beyond that, it's average. The staff generally did not seem happy in their work, although engaging a couple of them in a personal and grateful way opened up some pleasant conversation. Unfortunately, the clerk at check-out wasn't one of those. When I mentioned a couple maintenance issues, and asked about the A/C setting, you neither took any notes nor made any assurance of passing the information to anyone. The "hot breakfast" was no better than any other hotel of a lower price-point, and not even as good as some. I have stayed in others of this brand and gotten much better food. [As a side note, it's very frustrating to see a guest filling a plastic bag with breakfast items that WE pay for, and acting as if there was nothing wrong with her doing that as you told the attendant, "This is for the ball game we're going to this afternoon." Folks, this is NOT a grocery store!] Also, the honey container is probably a way of reducing loss / costs, but it's not working if the attendant has to keep cleaning up the mess made by guests like me who have never used an upside-down container with an open spout on the bottom! It was both frustrating and embarrassing, a waste of my time, and extra work for the attendant who said, "No problem, it happens all the time." Would I come again? Um, probably not.
