Amazing time, clean and friendly. The car valet was amazing and Fabio was very attentive to me. I really appreciated his help in figuring out the way to get my valet to charge to my room.

I stayed at the Element Brickell for a business trip for a total of 30 days so I was able to get the full experience! The comfort, cleanliness, accessibility to local dining, shopping, and entertainment did not disappoint! The pool, on-site gym, complimentary breakfast, pool-bar and food were spot on! I would like to commend the staff on providing a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay! Shout-out to Cierra (front desk manager) and Rickey for your professionalism, attentiveness and ensuring I had a pleasant stay for the entire month! I will refer to my colleagues and friends that may have future plans for business and/or or personal travels! It's definitely on my list to stay again! Thank you!

I have never seen a hotel entrance shared with another hotel but here the Element and AC share an entrance door and checkin desk, I wish they would tell you that somewhere before you get there. The entrance is NOT handicap accessible. You enter on floor 1 but checkin desk is on 6. Spacious rooms. … lisää

I have never seen a hotel entrance shared with another hotel but here the Element and AC share an entrance door and checkin desk, I wish they would tell you that somewhere before you get there. The entrance is NOT handicap accessible. You enter on floor 1 but checkin desk is on 6. Spacious rooms. Since small sink in kitchen area, more than one person to use sink at the same time. Sufficient counter space in bathroom. No bathroom exhaust fan switch. Responsive hvac. Lots of natural light during the day, but room is somewhat dimly lit. Moderately well sound insulated. Internal sound comes from gap around door and external sounds, mostly sirens, comes easily thought the windows. Bed and pillows are moderately firm. Bedside outlets would not hold a phone charger and the usb ports also were inoperable which was odd. Breakfast is included and while it’s a bit chaotic without enough indoor seating it does have alot of variety—They have an egg station, a make your own waffle station and yogurt station, toast, bagel, coffee, tea, juices, mini muffins, some stale cereal. Good location with brickell center shopping mall just a block away and tons of restaurants options in and around it. A decent almost midway point for cruise passengers as it’s about 10-15 minutes from MIA and 15-20 minutes from cruise port (although cruise port traffic can slow you way down to stop and go traffic, it’s not many miles from hotel).
