They ask when you would like your breakfast and have it ready n hot when u come in to sit. Thomas is the best with cooking. I’m a picky eater but im happy I tried what he made n it’s always just enough to fill you up. Ur close to the beach n shopping. So if your looking for a cozy like home place to enjoy ur get away this is definitely where you need to be. They are very friendly n welcoming. Thank u for everything definitely coming back.

“4 day stay”

The area was quiet, the breakfasts were phenomenal, and the host was very congenial. We had many a conversation. We highly recommend, and we have no suggestions for improvement. We're looking forward to doing it again. Sidenote, lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

“Mother/Daughter get away ”

This is the fourth or fifth time I have been here with either my mother or hubby. We have enjoyed each visit over the year with two different owners. Hosts are very friendly and helpful with both restaurant recommendations and questions or needs regarding accommodations.

This is a charming bungalow with in walking distance of the main street, art galleries and the river. It has a parking lot behind the house. This is a charming bungalow with in walking distance of the main street, art galleries and the river. It has a parking lot behind the house. Rustling bamboo surrounds the sides and back of the property. There's a patio adjacent to the 3 first floor rooms in back. I loved sitting there listening to the bamboo and star gazing. The rooms (I stayed in the Mermaid Room) are nicely decorated, quite large and immaculate. Tommy and Liz, the owners are friendly, helpful and good cooks. The main room in the house is open all the time and has a coffee machine, snacks, cold drinks 24/7. Next door is the Crimson House, a wine bar with good wines and a shady outdoor seating area. You get a discount if you stay at Anchor Inn.
