Hampton inn has a laid back atmosphere and the rooms are spacious and clean. The stylish hotel offers a plentiful breakfast menu. The pool and hot tub are a relaxing change of pace after work. I’ve stayed several times here on business and would stay again.

Our first night here and shame on us for not researching this Hilton. We just came from a Staybridge where breakfast was included, laundry was free and maid service (BASIC) was daily. Our first night here and shame on us for not researching this Hilton. We just came from a Staybridge where breakfast was included, laundry was free and maid service (BASIC) was daily. Upon our arrival at the Hilton, there was no soap in the bathroom for hand washing. The handle to flush the toilet was stuck down and the water was continuously running into the toilet. $4 to wash a load of clothes and $4 to dry a load. 1 of 2 dryers is out of service. Towels, trash and bed making will occur every other day unless otherwise requested. It took forever to get hot water for our showers. On the plus side, the man at the front desk was pleasant.

Lobby is nicer than most Hampton Inns that I have been to. Tall tables have place to plug in computer, very good. Shower is very good, nice water flow, nice fixture as shower head, enjoyable experience. Heating and air conditioner work well. Extra tall mirror which is the door to the closet … lisää

Lobby is nicer than most Hampton Inns that I have been to. Tall tables have place to plug in computer, very good. Shower is very good, nice water flow, nice fixture as shower head, enjoyable experience. Heating and air conditioner work well. Extra tall mirror which is the door to the closet in the room is a nice feature. Refrigerator is taller than standard little cube refrigerator at a lot of hotels. Clientele at the hotel seemed nice and well mannered during my stay, and that is not something that is always the case in my travels. The window treatments allow one to make the room dark for sleep which I like. The Wi Fi works well. What I did not like: 1. Years ago, Hampton Inn had fresh fruit available for breakfast; I would not call the uncut apples, uncut oranges, and banana in a large bowl, with only plastic knives.....fresh fruit. I am talking about nice cut up fruit not the fruit cup in syrup in little containers in the refrigerator. So I think this is likely a system wide situation. I also think hard boiled eggs should be available. The cereal selection is very limited and in 3 cannisters. I would say to buy some items at Publix and put them in your refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast at Hampton Inns over the years has gone from desirable with healthy selections to now items like waffles and so on. 2. The rooms are depressing. There needs to be recessed lighting in the ceilings, otherwise the rooms are too dark, even with the lamps. The windows are not wide enough and this adds to the depressing lack of lighting in the room. There was a time when going to a hotel was fun and sort of a luxury, however this Hampton Inn is not such an experience. Granted my comments are system wide construction decisions and if the business plan is to reduce costs and maintain affordability then I understand that rationale. 3. There are some/a few Hampton Inns that seem a bit more upscale than this one, and the perhaps the majority of the chain that are more like this one, I would say this particular Hampton Inn has a nicer lobby/eating space than many others. 4. Elevator probably needs a deep clean. I would say this hotel deserves an "average" rating. That would probably be the rating for most outfits in this price range. The nicer lobby does not merit a higher rating in my view, though I do acknowledge it.
