I came unexpectedly to America on my own .. what does an older woman do in the US with lots of time on her hands .. this older woman went shopping. But, how does an older woman get from the hotel to the shopping Mall? This is where Alberto comes to the rescue. He helped me set up my Uber account and book my first trip. This is just one of the occasions during our stays that Alberto has been a huge help. Always with a smile on his face, and always time for a short conversation .. thank you Alberto for making our stay feel like a second home.

“A Little Surprise!”

The hotel is relatively new. I paid for an upgraded room and was satisfied with it. A negative surprise was the $17 overnight parking fee that was not clearly disclosed prior to or during booking. Buyer beware.

Great service from the staff. Poor quality of hotel. Feels like it was thrown together and built in a quick day or two. A few lamps not working, no knobs on bathroom barn door that was already getting stuck on the track, very limited tv channels, no additional pillows available, floating side table… lisää

Great service from the staff. Poor quality of hotel. Feels like it was thrown together and built in a quick day or two. A few lamps not working, no knobs on bathroom barn door that was already getting stuck on the track, very limited tv channels, no additional pillows available, floating side table shelves were weak and flimsy. Parking pass required for a cost. But the place looks pretty on the surface. For those reasons, not worth the price but fine for a night.
