We recently stayed 7-nights at the JW Marriott in Bonnet Creek and our stay could not have been better. Every staff member we encountered was kind and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was ideal. From the folks at the front desk, the security team who went above and beyond - particularly while we were poolside and when assisting in the recovery of my son’s beloved stuffy that was left behind. The knowledge and hospitality if the restaurant staff - excellent. Location was great as it was about a 10 minute ride to the parks. Out of convenience and timing in getting out the door with two kids, we opted to take a Lyft most days but the hotel did have a shuttle to and from Disney parks. We could not speak more highly of this hotel. Great experience! The Svitak Family

“Upscale property close to Disney attractions”

My wife and our two adult children recently stayed at the JW Marriot in Bonnet Creek Orlando. The property is located close to the Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. My wife and our two adult children recently stayed at the JW Marriot in Bonnet Creek Orlando. The property is located close to the Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. The hotel staff was very welcoming and pleasurable for entire 4 night stay. The rooftop sushi restaurant was excellent. We watched the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom from the patio outside of the restaurant. Special shoutout to employees Alex (rooftop) and Raymond and Fady ( lobby bar). These employees deserve special recognition for their excellent service and witty personalities. The pool staff was on their game as well. This hotel allows you to unwind from the Disney experience while at the same time being close enough to all of the attractions Disney has to offer. Should we ever return to Disney in Orlando we will stay at the JW.

“Great stay while visiting the parks”

Seevice excellent, front desk welcoming and helpful. Texted multiple times to see if we needed anything. Very appreciated Buffet breakfast very good with a great selection of food including fresh crepes! Nice complimentary shuttle to the Disney parks. Room was modern and well kept. We did not use the pool this time but have previously. All in all a wonderful stay!

“Maybe not the Usual Resort Type Hotel”

While the inside ambiance is pleasing I found the actual outside location like staying at a Holiday Inn Express! The hotel is basically compactly perch on an area of on and off ramps to I-4 . While the inside ambiance is pleasing I found the actual outside location like staying at a Holiday Inn Express! The hotel is basically compactly perch on an area of on and off ramps to I-4 . Traffic can be heard even on the the 9th floor. Having stayed nearby at the Waldorf (literally a stones throw) it's like two different worlds environmentally. Small area for two pools- lounges crammed together. No real view of anything poolside- just the hotel or mechanical. And pool bar kitchen venting seems to get hung up in the area. We enjoyed all of the dining amenities and the room was well layed out. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Definitely more of a business trip type hotel- wish it felt more like a resort like its neighboring hotels. The garden etc and putt putt are just a small as can be!
