“Last minute booking for Universal”
Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a 2 room suite on the 14th floor of tower 2, great view of the pool! “Dockside inn and suites”
Great for going to parks but not really a resort or a place to stay in all the time and breakfast is quite expensive but you can get deals on prices hear

“Great for families”
This was a great hotel for families. We were a party of 4 and the two room suite was perfect. There was plenty of space and privacy. The room was clean and in perfect condition. “Total disappointment with the hotel's security”
We bought some sneakers and left them in our room inside their bags. However, when we returned, they were gone. We complained at reception, and the only response we received was, "We're very sorry. Security didn't see anything... but you can come back later and ask." We find it incomprehensible tha… lisää
