Outstanding all the way around. This is the way Florida does it. I checked in at 3:00 in the morning. The customer service representative at the front was wide awake, very friendly, very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. She was professional and offered an upgrade. Housekeeping was outstanding. The room was immaculate. Could not find a hair or Speck of dust anywhere. All lighting fixtures were operational. The bed was so comfortable I slept all the way until 11:30 a.m. all amenities within the room were in their proper place and completely full. The refrigerator was clean and cold enough to store items in it. The property itself is very well kept, landscaped beautifully, grass was very green and hedges were evenly trimmed. This is located right across the street from a ruby tuesday's, mcdonald's, Shell gas station, and other amenities that come in handy to include a car wash! This is close enough to base yet far enough away that it's still in safe area. You can read between those lines about the base area. I would not stay super close to the base as the crime rate is higher. This is a perfect location and they have had absolutely no issues whatsoever here. I definitely will mark this as my go-to when I'm in the pensacola/gulf breeze area. Specific shout out to the young lady who checked me in I'm sorry I do not have her name she was very accommodating and had a lovely personality. And the young man Jonathan who is a housekeeper. Genuinely and authentically a good person. When he says good morning to you he literally means that. Very sweet young man. Who does an excellent job. Yes I'll be back.

She greeted us warmly when we sat down for breakfast and made sure everything was perfect, checking that all the food was good and that we were comfortable. “Great Experience All Around!”

This is definitely a great stay! Right off the interstate. The atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious and had comfortable beds. Bathroom included toiletries which was great because I forgot ours. Now on to the Complimentary Breakfast! Everything was delicious, even 4 year old approved! Ms.Eliza was so helpful with our breakfast and she kept everything nice, clean, and fresh. This will be our stay spot while visiting family.
