What cool, fun, hip vibe this hotel has. The colors pop, the lobby Is very warm and inviting, has several gathering areas, hanging swings chairs, a bar, snack bar, a pool table and very pleasant employees. “Perfectly clean, new hotel.”

New hotel. Perfectly clean hotel, including our room. I’ve cold a/c. Friendly staff. Everyone actually spoke when they walked by you. Great exercise room. Breakfast was hearty and served its purpose, area was kept very clean. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in.

“Not up to the Hilton Name”

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. I'm not sure who gave the children the crayons and said design something - but this was the result. My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. I'm not sure who gave the children the crayons and said design something - but this was the result. King room, when was the last time you had a king room without a coffee pot or ice bucket. Oh, there was an ice machine on the floor - and there was coffee cups with lids in the bathroom, but no coffee or ice bucket. You could barely get around the end of the bed to get to the other side, no closet, just a hanger over the suitcase holder. Shower only, which is fine with me, and squeeze-bottle soaps you can almost make out if it is shampoo or body wash, which did work but had different snazzy odors that didn't mix well. We brought our own 1 pillow, and apparently they counted pillows the one time they cleaned the room (we were there 3 nights) and the stole the one we brought - it was the only different pillow, standard size, not a king, but gone and couldn't be found. Checked in, there was water and snacks beside the "Hilton Honors" signs behind the desk. I asked if they had gotten my HH number on the reservation, "Yes." Not enough of a hint. Hey, could I get a water, "Sure, they are there in the cooler, $4" How about a HH water? No response - literally none. So I bought one. Next night the counter guy was there I said I didn't get my HH snack - he apologized and gave me a choice. The breakfast was fair, why is the only microwave over where you have to pay for food? No trashcan where you make your own waffle. 1 flavor yogurt, peach. Wife has peach allergy. The loud colors and mixed designs must appeal to someone, but I asked even the young basketball players - they thought it was odd. The elevators worked well, the bed was comfortable, the black-out shade was effective. The food for breakfast was not great, not medium good. Fair. Not sure if you add air to eggs because they are expensive it makes them better. Go ahead and plan on carrying your hang-up bag or cloths - the roller racks are not even 3' tall - wad your clothes up and stick them in the basket I guess. And if you are over 5' tall you will have to bend over to push on the handles. It kind of made sense to me when I tried to get on the TV and anything but Free TV was not accessible. If you are expecting the equivalent of a Holiday Inn Express, don't go here, you'll be disappointed. Staff - friendly.
