“Relaxing”

Nice and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun. Space launches enjoyed from the balcony were pretty spectacular. Note no service was required all was provided. Value with RCI as always was good. The kitchen had all we needed for the week. And in unit washer dryer was a comfort.

“Exchange timeshare”

I exchange this resort because it's near my families in Melbourne. We had to attend the viewing and funeral for one of my family just passed away. The place was excellent and share it with my friends and family.I need to come back.

Visit April 12 thru April 19, 2025 We arrived late in the afternoon and check-in was easy and fast. We parked our car in the garage and grabbed a cart, loaded up our luggage and other stuff and took the elevator to the 4th floor. The unit was a two bedroom, two bath unit. The unit had a dinning area, full kitchen, large living room, large master bathroom, with king-size bed, two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower, another bathroom and a second bedroom. It was very clean and also had a balcony facing the ocean with chairs, table and two loungers. As we had stayed there before several years ago, there were many updates which were great. The unit was fresh and updated very nicely. They have posting about daily events which we did take advantage of, but overall the resort is relatively quiet, and the staff is great. You can relax at the pool or enjoy the Hot Tub or as we did daily, sit out on the balcony which is covered by the floor above with solid walls on each side and enjoy looking at the beach and ocean. At night they request no lights be on or close the drapes as the beach is part of the Sea Turtle Nesting area and the lights distract the Sea Turtles. At night we left the sliding door open in the bedroom just enough to hear the sound of the waves and great way to sleep. The place is relatively quiet as most guests are older, but there were some younger people there, but they were few. There are two restaurant/bars close, one almost directly across the street and one farther south, plus other a short distance away. A Publix Market is close just north of the resort. Overall. It was a great relaxing week and we enjoyed it very much and will return.

Okay, I have so many great things to say about this place but I'm going to try to go one at a time. I go every year and they welcome us every year, I would honestly give it infinite stars if I could. For starters, it's right on the beach and easy access, you get your own key to the beach and everything, very fun experience, love it every year, They even provide free boogie boards, and other sand toys for FREE! I have been going since birth so I'm pretty experienced with what happens there. Plus the employees love everyone. Patty remembers everyone's names and faces and everything, she shocked my dad by knowing his name because he hadn't said his name to her in 3 years at least. Mine too, I was very excited. The tiki bar is a HUGE plus, I love it so much, they make the drinks so well, and have good prices. (One day there was noise on the roof when they were re-doing it so they gave everyone free drinks all day, I got like 10!) They also have fun activities daily, like bingo for money, rocket launch, karaoke, and ice cream! The rooms are always so comfy and smell nice too. There is plenty of room and every room has a balcony with a perfect ocean view. I literally have nothing negative to say about this place at all, and I love the employees. (Especially Patty and Karen, say hi if you see them!)
