“Location and Customer Service”
The Exchange is an old renovated hotel that is somewhat showing its age. We chose it for its location close to the St. Pete Pier and about a mile from Tropicana Field. “Disappointing for the price”
The lobby looks great but the rooms are older and in need of TLC. We had a double room with two double beds. One mattress was good and the other was very old with a significant huge dip down in the middle. Bathroom does flood with water when used but it was an ADA room with a drain in the middle. … lisää
