This was a great vacation experience. Came to visit family, stayed in hotel with my daughters. Rooms were large and very comfortable accommodations. The best were some of the nicest I’ve ever slept on. Bathroom had lots of hooks and shelving . The pool and fitness area was open 24 hours and very clean! Great breakfast choices. And extremely pleasant staff! Everything felt brand new and exactly what you needed , felt very thought out.

“Could have been better, could have been worse.”

Stayed two nights during the week. The location is great, especially with a Mexican restaurant right across the street. Close to several other restaurants and stores like Walmart and Aldi. Stayed two nights during the week. The location is great, especially with a Mexican restaurant right across the street. Close to several other restaurants and stores like Walmart and Aldi. A few things could have been better. First is the person working the front desk was quite noticeably on her phone having a personal conversation with her ear buds in. This was going on during check in and check out. Not a big deal but not very professional. Next was there was only one elevator working during our stay which was a pain to deal with during busy times.. Last but not least was the ice machine. It was really nice and had water but was all the way at the very end of the hallway. You had to walk forever to get to it. Overall I'd say the stay was average due to these issues. Don't know if I'd stay there again when there are other options in the area.

“One Night at this Pretty Good Hampton Inn”

Overall, we had a pretty good stay for one night at this property. We arrived at about 7:30pm on 01/02/2025 and we had checked in with the app. We selected Room 218 and went to the room. Overall, we had a pretty good stay for one night at this property. We arrived at about 7:30pm on 01/02/2025 and we had checked in with the app. We selected Room 218 and went to the room. Unfortunately, we had to switch immediately. Someone had the temperature up at 75 degrees and it was sooooo hot. This room did not have a thermostat, which we found weird, and the buttons on wall unit were not easy to operate. In addition, the bathroom door did not close easily in 218. We did switch rooms and given 219 directly across the hall. This one was much cooler and HAD A THERMOSTAT. Not sure how you miss such a vital and important part of a room, or even why this hotel would have some rooms with and some rooms without one. Either way, 219 was far superior. The beds were comfortable, the room was in very good condition and so much more. The only issue with 219 is that the floor tile in the bathroom is quite loose. Otherwise, this room was nice. Overall, a older hotel that has been newly remodeled. I just wish they would pay attention to some of the finer details as described above.
