enjoyed the hotel - located right next to a busy area of Gaithersburg with restaurants and stores. The breakfast was a bit sketchy but we had bagels from the toaster. we only spent one night there. Originally we booked one room, but We had to get two rooms because the beds are very small - they are FULL beds but they actually looked more like large TWIN beds., not queens and you can't fit two people in these beds. We had three people in our party. BEDS ARE SMALL.

“Not a great stay”

We were disappointed by this hotel. The initial room they gave us faced 12 lanes of traffic on I-270. It was very very loud. So we requested a new room and they moved us across the hall. It was a world of difference as far as noise went. I do have to say the best part of our stay was the friend… lisää

We were disappointed by this hotel. The initial room they gave us faced 12 lanes of traffic on I-270. It was very very loud. So we requested a new room and they moved us across the hall. It was a world of difference as far as noise went. I do have to say the best part of our stay was the friendliness of the front desk staff. We were also concerned about the lack of hot water. In the evenings the hot water seemed plentiful but in the mornings, we ended up taking lukewarm showers. The breakfast was pretty lacking compared to other breakfasts at similar hotels. There was nota hot waffle or pancake option. The hot food was oatmeal, powdered eggs every morning and some kind of sausage (turkey, pork, etc). Every morning we found that the carpet by the heat/ AC unit in our room was damp. Finally, it bothered me that the TV was mounted on the wall between the sitting and sleeping areas so you had to turn your head to see it. My husband's company put us up here, but we will let them know we do not want to stay here in the future.

“Pretty good..adequate .”

The location was good being near the boardwalk in Washingtonian Center and walking distance to a Target and restaurants. + Barnes& Noble. The staff was very nice though I had little interaction. The hotel seems a little tired and outdated compared to the SpringHill suites. I stayed in a couple time… lisää

The location was good being near the boardwalk in Washingtonian Center and walking distance to a Target and restaurants. + Barnes& Noble. The staff was very nice though I had little interaction. The hotel seems a little tired and outdated compared to the SpringHill suites. I stayed in a couple times in Columbia, Maryland which was more updated with furniture and breakfast choices etc. First of all, the water pressure was quite good which to me is important because I want to be able to take a nice long hot shower when I go to a hotel. But the water never got super hot two out of three showers and the shower that did get very hot. Took 10 minutes to get to that temperature. During the day the only coffee that was out was regular, not decaf and the The breakfast choices in the Columbia SpringHill suites included things like oat milk and gluten-free muffins and nuts and different things. And this one was pretty plain with boxed junkie cereal, green apples, and spotted bananas. The fitness room was adequate as it is when the in these small hotels, but there was no earphones included which was a disappointment. In the SpringHill suites in Columbia there was a dark wood couch which also had a trundle underneath. This couch was nice and big and had plenty of seating space and there were two TVs in the room as well. But the couch was the old kind that was kind of shiny. If you stay in this hotel, be sure to ask for a room on the side facing washingtonian boulevard and not 270 which was quite loud. When we checked into the SpringHill suites in Columbia, we were given a gift bag being bonvoy members. No such thing here. Also, the toiletries were terrible, very watery shampoo that never got lathered up smelled very manly. There was no lotion and only bar soap at the sink but the mini fridge was a very nice size compared to some other hotels I've been into I've been to

“Nice Hotel”

This hotel room is quite big and the cleanliness is good too. The amenities is only body soap, shampo and conditioner. No toothpaste and tooth brush. It has microwave at room that we can use.
