We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express West in Bozeman for one night before our flight back home. We were picked up at the airport by the most kind, friendly, and helpful fella who introduced himself as Thurman. I took complete care of us. He drove us to the hotel, helped with luggage, and made sure our needs were met. He was right there the next morning to help us repeat the process at the airport. He made sure all was OK before he left us at the check-in counter. Thurman, thank you for all you do to take care of the folks who are traveling to make sure they are safe and in the right place. Holiday Inn Express management....you have a winner in Thurman. Also, the hotel was great too!

Amazing staff with a very kind and helpful manager. She went the extra mile. Great, clean hotel. Breakfast was tasty. No doubt we would stay there again. Highly recommended!

I did not get the specific room I wanted the first time, but did the second time. the room was large enough and clean The bathroom was surprisingly small for Holiday Inn. It was functional, just tight. oddly you could not turn on the light without a very loud fan coming on. the room had a big TV with plenty of channels. There were plenty of outlets and lighting was good. the WIFI was poor, though, which was a bit of a problem because ATT doesn't seem to know Montana exists. The bed was comfortable, but the noise level was high. Not only was the AC quite loud, but there were some odd clicks and crackling noises which I never did figure out what they were. Also, the first morning we were awakened to loud bobcats moving rocks all over the parking lot right under our window. 7AM is a bit early to do this I think. The hotel had a rather small gym. if three people were in there at once it was quite tight. the pool and hot tub were very nice. breakfast was excellent.
