Had the most excellent stay here at this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. The room has a full refrigerator which you do not see much in hotels so that was nice to have plenty of room for leftovers from dinner. The breakfast had many choices to choose from and we loved making our own fresh waffle! We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when we are in the area

Nice clean place to stay. Our king suite was nice. Had everything we needed. Table and chairs for eating, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Safa bed and extra desk chair. I’ve been to Hilton/Hampton chains all across the USA, and the hospitality my son and I received at the Home 2 Suites in LaGrange, GA is the best ever! The ladies at the front desk - most notably Toni - went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us in any way possible. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable … a patio fireplace greeted us when we arrived … ample parking … but the truly remarkable feature of this hotel is the outstanding kindness and hospitality of the staff.

Our experience at the Hilton LaGrange was nothing short of amazing, and that is entirely thanks to Ms. Toni! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond in every possible way. She greeted us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. We were traveling with our girls, and Ms. Toni surprised them with chocolate treats—such a sweet gesture! When one of the girls didn’t care for chocolate, Ms. Toni didn’t hesitate to get her fresh strawberries instead. That level of thoughtfulness is so rare and so appreciated. She gave us incredibly helpful tips, like how to get over to the Lodge and save on parking. But she didn’t stop there—she personally drove over to the Lodge to deliver a key card so we could conveniently enter from the side. Who does that? Ms. Toni does! We also needed a place to change before checkin, and she generously let us use the conference room, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. And as if that weren’t enough, we noticed she had even brought fresh flowers from home to decorate the front desk—just another example of her pride and care in her work. Ms. Toni is an absolute gem. I have truly never experienced customer service like this. She made our stay unforgettable, and we are so grateful. Hilton is lucky to have her!
