“Amazing customer service”

I checked into the Hilton in Peachtree after staying at a couple other hotels in the area and by comparison the customer service was downright Amazing. Marla Jane was very in tune with the needs of my stay. She was able to provide me with the room close to the elevator near the parking lot. She also had increased my food and beverage limit (hush hush). She even followed up with me after I checked into the room through text to make sure everything was as desired. Her customer service is unparalleled. The hotel itself is big and spacious and has a lot of natural light. There are plenty of work spaces or hangout spaces adjacent to the bar and restaurant to do work or chill and read.

Jane was outstanding. She truly embodies what service should be. Her attention to all aspects of quality shows.

Jane was wonderful to work with. She adjusted my reservations to meet my schedule change and kept me in the same level of room I had originally booked. At check in she was also very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the property and surrounding area.

Jane checked us in on Friday 3/20/26 and she was friendly, patience and gave all of great customer service. We responded no apology needed, we understood . There was a line that day my sister told me and when we arrived at night, we were in a line. Jane was absolutely amazing. Her friendliness was shown every day Saturday, Sunday. She was the only person working that Friday night. We are checking out today 3/23/26 and I will not see Jane before I leave. It makes a customer feel so welcome by the customer service experience and Jane did a 10 plus!. My observance with other people,smiling,etc. Jane did an awesome job...thank you fir having her on your team .
