We had an amazing stay at this resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The boys had a great time on excursions, and we loved spending time at both the beach and the pool. The poolside service was excellent with comfortable loungers, plenty of shade, and quick, attentive service all day. On top of that, the food everywhere was outstanding and the drinks were delicious. It was a perfect getaway and we can’t wait to come back. Truly able to unplug and relax all week.

“Lovely Lanai”

We had a wonderful two nights stay to celebrate a birthday. A memorable experience. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, pleasant and attentive. Evan did a great job with our check-in. We had a wonderful two nights stay to celebrate a birthday. A memorable experience. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, pleasant and attentive. Evan did a great job with our check-in. He was warm, friendly and anticipated our needs. Service at all the restaurants was excellent. The staff at the beach were awesome. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel grounds are magnificent. We enjoyed exploring the property. The hotel is only a short easy hike to Puu Pehe, or Sweetheart Rock. Breakfast at Osteria Mozza was great. There is a shuttle service to/from Lanai City. The Four Seasons App chat is convenient- quick reply to questions and requests. This is a great place to relax and enjoy an island getaway.

Amazing property even cooler with the new statute in the front!! I highly recomend staying at Sensei which is on the island so you can access both four season lanai beach access and sensei !!

The good - staff, food and facilities. Every staff member was great - engaging and greeting us with a smile and aloha. The good - staff, food and facilities. Every staff member was great - engaging and greeting us with a smile and aloha. The food at the restaurants was very good - albeit from the bar for dinner, but more on that in a minute. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I’ve had - and a relative bargain. And Malibu Farms was great. The physical facilities were great - maintained and worked well. The room was as expected for this price point. All the connections ran like clockwork - plane transfers, etc. What could be improved…access to the restaurants for dinner. Unless you want to rent a vehicle and drive into Lanai City, you are stuck on property. As such we should be able to eat in the restaurants. But it was not possible to do that at a reasonable hour - not because they didn’t have tables - they were not physically full. There were open tables and/or spaces. This is clearly a management issue. Real answer - which we heard from the staff - is to hire more people to enable fully utilizing the facilities. This would fix the issue. In lieu of that inform the guests well in advance and work with them to ensure their dining needs are met. Not just the usual “if there is anything you need” line but actual pre-arrival engagement to ensure the guest understands the situation. Or open the reservation system to only guests and hold out non guests. Either of these would improve guest access to the restaurants. So would I recommend the place - yeah it’s a magical island. But it is suppose to be complete relaxation. I should not have to stress over dinner.
