Jose and Tiara at the front desk works extremely friendly helpful Explained everything around the area and had very good knowledgeable of the area and the hotel. Very professional and friendly.

We had a 10 hour layover and wanted to get cleaned up and rest, it was a great and clean place to stay. Jose at the front desk gave us excellent service and helped us find a restaurant with a peanut allergy and it was a wonderful suggestion. Small pub with great food! “Never Staying in Waikiki Again”

I won't stay in Waikiki ever again after staying here. Conveniently located in downtown, this hotel is in walking distance to major bus lines, locally owned restaurants/bars/nightlife, and visitor attractions like Chinatown & Iolani Palace. Ride share pick up & valet are located right outside the doors, curbside, making it super easy for pull ups & drop offs. From check in to check out, everything was seamless. At the front desk, Nalu was incredibly helpful and accommodating, quickly becoming an asset to my brief stay. The lobby is modern, open, and welcoming. Security begins with needing your key card to access the elevators. My room was located on the backside of the hotel making the room very quiet. The mini fridge was ice cold, linens crisp, towels soft, & the room was spotless. The bathroom's spacious shower offered a handheld wand as well as rainfall showerhead above. The hotel restaurant's dinner menu is pretty impressive with it's selection, portion, and food quality. I opted for the staff's suggestion of a Chinese Chicken Salad & cheesecake - 10/10 and just what I needed after a day of travel and business. The restaurant itself is modern, spacious, and with a great corner view of the area both day & evening. I enjoyed their brunch on Saturday, which had a decent selection of items and drinks. I also checked out the speakeasy downstairs which was interesting and different - next time, I'll opt for the main bar. I left my work phone and headphones in the safe only to realizing it when I was about to board my plane. I called the hotel and Nalu reassured me that maintenance will retrieve it and he will have it at the front desk for pick up (I had a contact in town for that). Thank you AC HOTEL. I will definitely be there the next time I am in town.
