We have stayed at Whalers Cove on five different occasions, the last few times in Condo 134. The condo was very clean and comfortable as well as providing an outstanding view of the ocean. The entire Whalers Cove staff has always been very personable, friendly, and helpful with anything we needed and questions we asked. The location is in a very quiet area, simply peaceful. If we decide to return to Kauai, we will definitely stay at Whalers Cove.

“quiet slice of heaven in Kauai”

We stayed at the Unit 211 at the Whaler's Cove Resort and loved it. It is very quiet and peaceful with a small pool and jacuzzi and our unit had great views of the ocean beyond the pool. We stayed at the Unit 211 at the Whaler's Cove Resort and loved it. It is very quiet and peaceful with a small pool and jacuzzi and our unit had great views of the ocean beyond the pool. Mariann and her staff were so friendly and helpful from booking and all the way through our stay. I really liked the fact that is was a small resort but had staff on hand to help us with anything we needed. I spent a lot of time researching all areas of Kauai including all hotels and home/condo rentals for a large 2 BR + 2 bath for our trip with our son and daughter-in-law. This was perfect to give us enough space for all of us. I did worry a little bit about not having air conditioning in the unit for sleeping but we left the windows open in both the front and the back of the unit and there was a good cross breeze which ended up being fine. There was also a fan we used. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good location with access to everything but quiet and peaceful.

A wonderful stay at Whalers Cove, and once again we're already talking about when we are going back. This was our 4th stay at Whalers Cove, and we've stayed in four different units. We keep returning because the experience is consistently exceptional. Unit 132 lived up to the high standard we've come to expect. It has recently been refurbished and was absolutely lovely—beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Keep in mind that there is no air conditioning, but that is common on Kauai and has never been a concern for us. Between the ocean breezes, ceiling fans and Vornado fans, the unit remained very comfortable during our April stay and previous May, July and November stays. One of the many reasons we keep returning is the fantastic team in the office. We recommend booking directly with the resort as Marianne & Alexis are consistently friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, they accepted a grocery delivery for us and had everything waiting in the condo when we checked in. They also accepted a couple of packages we shipped ahead of our arrival. They even had an electric kettle for us Aussies to borrow for our stay. It's those little touches that make such a difference and really made us feel genuinely welcome. The location is another reason we love staying here. It's an easy walk to Baby Beach and the Shops at Kukuiʻula, but you're not in the Visitor Destination Area with all the busy resorts and condos. You are staying in a neighbourhood rather than a busy tourist district, which we really appreciate. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. We thoroughly enjoy the heated oceanfront pool and spa right next to the ocean. Such an amazing view. We missed the whales this trip but saw the sea turtles! Whalers Cove is also conveniently located for Kauai’s South and West activities. Yet it’s still an easy drive to the stunning North Shore for a day out. A big Mahalo to Marianne, Alexis and the entire team for another memorable stay. Unit 132 was excellent, and we would love to stay there again. After four stays at Whalers Cove, we can highly recommend both the resort and Unit 132. We can't wait to return.

“Easy Breezy Whalers Cove”

We had a wonderful time we stayed in unit 130 partial view. The view was fantastic! The decor was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed staying at Whalers Cove and will be staying here again!!
