“Nice grounds, unbearable pool pump noise”
This is our 4th year here, we really like this place BUT the large pool pump by building 3 has been getting louder each year. The bearings are clearly shot and need to be replaced. The noise is now unbearable and can be heard throughout the main pool area and within the rooms. I measured it at 8… lisää

“Room filled with cigarette smoke from neighbors and nothing was actually done after nearly ten calls to management.”
The renovations did not impact my stay all that much. In fact, my 3 year old son had a great time running up and down the halls and taking all the elevator rides we had to take every time we left our room. The pool was great, minus the closed hot tub.
