This is a great alternative to a traditional hotel. If you don't care to have turn down service, or maid service every single day, this is better than a standard hotel. This is a great alternative to a traditional hotel. If you don't care to have turn down service, or maid service every single day, this is better than a standard hotel. All units I've stayed in have kitchenettes, the lobby staff is really helpful, you have a nice set of amenities, and each room has a view of the Lake. Highly recommended and I'll stay at a Sentral in another city for sure.

“Fabulous”

What a beautiful place to spend a few days in Chicago! Well located for walking and seeing the city. The photographs on the website are accurate. “Excellent location...Great Amenities...but Getting a bit Worn.”

The location is great, right at Grant Park, walking distance to everything in the South Loop, easy transit options through the rest of the city. Nice indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and fitness center on the 7th floor. Connects to a restaurant with good food. The room wasn't ready at 4pm check-in. … lisää

The location is great, right at Grant Park, walking distance to everything in the South Loop, easy transit options through the rest of the city. Nice indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and fitness center on the 7th floor. Connects to a restaurant with good food. The room wasn't ready at 4pm check-in. Maintenance issue. The lobby was very warm and uncomfortable. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Room itself was very nice and I'm sure even better when new, but getting worn in 2025. A few stains, some broken trim and worn drywall. Broken closet door track. Nothing that would keep me from staying again, but notable issues.

This hotel is a combination of apartments for longer-term residents and rooms for nightly guests. If I had to guess, the emphasis is more on the longer-term residents. This hotel is a combination of apartments for longer-term residents and rooms for nightly guests. If I had to guess, the emphasis is more on the longer-term residents. The room I was given was outfitted decently but not maintained well. In the bathroom, one of the towel racks was ready to fall off the wall. The toilet paper holder was hanging on by one of the two connections to the wall. The baseboard under the sink was peeling (water damage?). The bed was OK but the pillows were smelly. This does not make for a good night's sleep. In the living area, a metal electrical outlet cover was on the floor - not sure where it belonged. I didn't make full use of the kitchen other than the refrigerator. The kitchen was equipped nicely. I was in town to attend a conference at the Hilton next door. I appreciated the convenience of being so close, but it would have been better for me to stay at the Hilton. The people at the front desk were helpful, especially allowing me to store my bags before and after checkout.
