The staff dedication to excellence even on a holiday is inspiring. Please note that parking is quite tight in the neighborhood area/tourist attractions. Thanks again.

“Top notch hotel in Chinatown.”

This hotel was top-notch from the start of making the reservation on through. We rented three rooms and went for the Chinese lunar New Year parade. This hotel was top-notch from the start of making the reservation on through. We rented three rooms and went for the Chinese lunar New Year parade. I have stayed at many hotels and this one really delivered five star experience. The front desk girl Tanya was so polite when making the reservation she told me exactly where to unload where, I could park for somebody who's a little nervous driving in the city on such a busy day like the lunar New Year this made the experience wonderful. Spring Hill went above and beyond giving us red envelopes to put money in so we can hand them to the dragon they even had one of the dragons come inside the hotel and do a little parade for the kids. The manager was so inviting and nice. The room was spacious spotless very clean we definitely will come back and make this a yearly family experience.

Very nice hotel, feels safe and secure. Room were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable but too tall, would not be able to stay here with my husband that's in a wheelchair. Nor would anyone that can't stand or has trouble standing, even a problem for short people if not able to lift themselves … lisää

Very nice hotel, feels safe and secure. Room were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable but too tall, would not be able to stay here with my husband that's in a wheelchair. Nor would anyone that can't stand or has trouble standing, even a problem for short people if not able to lift themselves up. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay just wish we were able to stay here with my husband as well.

“Another Great Stay at Chinatown Springhill Suites”

We have stayed at the Chinatown Springhill Suites multiple times. The service is fabulous, the staff is always welcoming. We won’t stay anywhere else when we’re visiting family.
