I spend most of my time in hotels, I’m a flight attendant. This hotel, & this staff is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. In a world where most people only complain, I’m here to sing their praises. Allison, at the front desk, Nick, also front desk, are the most kind people I’ve ever encountered in this industry. I appreciate y’all, Zach and Valerie drove our shuttles, they too are awesome! I appreciate the hospitality, the accommodating and all of your hard work! All of you made an incredibly long and exhausting day way more tolerable! It’s rare that anyone goes above and beyond anymore. So, THANK YOU, I hope to see you all soon. Grateful, Misti Lageman

“Interesting Start to Stay”

Very nice and clean hotel. We had never stayed here, but found the hotel in a good location. While we did not eat at the in-hotel steak house, it seemed very busy. Very nice and clean hotel. We had never stayed here, but found the hotel in a good location. While we did not eat at the in-hotel steak house, it seemed very busy. I will say upon entering the hotel a customer and the front desk clerk, Nick, were having a very heated argument. One that eventually had the police show up. While I won't get into the details, I tend to side with the customer. Nick did not do anything to deescalate the situation and met the customer's loud voice with one of his own. I simply think this could have been handled much better. Frankly, it was not how I hoped our stay would start off.
