“Great clean hotel!”
This is a super clean hotel in a very safe abd quiet area. Rooms are super comfortable. Staff is wonderful... My only wish is that they would allow pets, and this would be our go-to hotel for Springfield (my home town). It's a great hotel!!

“Above and beyond”
We got stuck in a snow storm and had to stop for the night. In the morning my car and trailer were blocked into the parking lot by 2 cars in front and behind. We had no idea how we were going to get out. The front desk managers were so helpful and Mike even got in the car and did an amazing 3 point… lisää

“Great stay in Ramada Inn, Springfield, IL”
Hotel was clean; a large well furnished corner suite. Comfortable feeling. In a good location/area. Great parking. Very nice 1/2 mile paved walking trail around their manmade lake. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

“Excellent experience”
We had our 2025 Manager meeting here and it was an excellent event. Friendly and helpful staff, that made sure we had a great experience at their hotel. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The whole hotel was clean and inviting!
