We reserved a room block at Comfort Suites for our wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located — but what really made the experience outstanding was the incredible service we received from Laura Raney. She was so responsive, organized, and helpful throughout the entire process. From setting up our room block to coordinating our complimentary shuttle schedule and answering every question (no matter how small!), Laura went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We always felt like we were in great hands. Our guests were very happy with their accommodations and the overall experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Having reliable transportation and comfortable rooms for our friends and family made the whole wedding weekend even more special. We’re so grateful to Comfort Suites — and especially to Laura Raney — for their care, professionalism, and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in hosting our wedding guests!

Definitely happy with comfort suites hotel in Urbana Illinois!!! The hotel is clean inside and out. The breakfast items was always refilled and clean! Penny says “good morning” to everyone entering! That’s a very nice gesture. Laura is the boss and although I have never met her, she is dynamic to work with if you want a big booking for an event! She is pleasant and super helpful!! But the workers appear happy and seem to have a very helpful attitude and that starts from the top down to its employees! Keep up the great work! Your hotel was packed the last two weeks and very well kept! My relatives also had very nice things to report and it was their first time booking at comfort suites. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the price is very very fair!!! One more thing, their “no noise policy after 900pm” is The best!

My family and I spent graduation weekend at Comfort Suites Urbana-Champaign and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the front-desk staff made us feel right at home. Our suite was clean and spacious, complete with a king-size bed, a pull-out sofa, plus a microwave and fridge, great for snacks and leftovers from our drive down from Chicago. Each morning we indulged in their hot breakfast spread: waffles, scrambled eggs, savory sausages and biscuits, and a selection of fresh fruit, where Mr. Fendi, the owner, made a point of welcoming every guest. And with the UIUC campus just a five-minute drive away, it was the perfect home base for our visit. If you’re visiting Urbana-Champaign, I highly recommend Comfort Suites for its warm hospitality and unbeatable location. We’ll definitely be back!
