The was the pinnacle of comfort and hospitality on my trip to Indiana. After staying in the excellent Holiday Inn, Wabash, IN that is a part of this chain, I was thrilled to see the same top quality bed linen, plentiful and soft pillows, quality sheets and towels, large kitchenette/full refrigerator with freezer, large television, commendable lighting, secure locks on the doors. Every staff member greeted me no matter how many times I had to travel from the hotel. I know little about the points system but hope to learn more. The breakfast was far and beyond anything I have ever seen in my travels. When I spoke to the desk person, the television remote was quickly replaced with fresh batteries. The phone is unconnected or the cord may be broken but I"'m sure that will be repaired after I depart. Excellent accommodation. I will return.

“Super clean and friendly!”

We had never stayed in a Staybridge Suites hotel before, and we were surprised by how really nice this hotel was. We arrived on a Monday night just in time for the social hour. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and offered free food (a mashed potato bar) and appetizers along with free beer and wine. Our suite was terrific. I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel than this! The beds were comfortable, pillows great with both soft and firm pillows on each bed, and towels were clean and fluffy. Everything worked well, and looked new. We will certainly stay here again.

“Good Location, Good Value”

Overall, a pretty good hotel with a good location just North of the outer belt. For us, it was close to Carmel Center for the Chriskindlemarkt and minutes from a large selection of restaurants and stores. Overall, a pretty good hotel with a good location just North of the outer belt. For us, it was close to Carmel Center for the Chriskindlemarkt and minutes from a large selection of restaurants and stores. We arrived around six on a Wednesday and their social night was going on with Bingo, so the desk response was a little slow. A bit disappointed that I was not given an upgrade given my Platinum Elite status (I checked after check-in and there were quite a few larger rooms available for the length of our stay). Check-in was straightforward and our room was very clean. There is a full-blown upgrade of the hotel in progress, and we got one of the newer rooms on the second floor. Our room (249) was a bit away from the elevators and pretty quiet with a view overlooking the courtyard. The small kitchen was well equipped, though the coffee maker was a standard one and did not work very well. We are more used to a single-used coffee maker. The refrigerator was good sized and there was complimentary microwave popcorn. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the heat/AC even had a deflector to keep the heat/cold from blowing right up the curtains. The staff was very nice and pointed out some local restaurants and activities. The social hour was good with free beer/wine and light snacks (Italian night with meatballs, arancini, and a Tuscan-style bread). Breakfast was very good with a yogurt bar, fresh coffee, make your own waffles, tea, juice, a few cereals, and a large selection of scones. The breakfast/lobby area was very comfortable and there is a nice "den" area with comfortable chairs and a couch in front of an enormous television.
