“Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly front desk staff”
Stayed here the night of October 21, 2025 and used points to cover the full cost of the room. Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, and offered to upgrade us to a 3rd floor balcony room, which we accepted. The lobby had complimentary coffee, tea and water, which we appreciated. “Very pleased!”
Lobby was under renovation while we were there which made the breakfast area a bit lacking in decor but it was not a problem. They accommodated us. Service was good. We loved the room. “Great Choice in May of 2025”
The room was absolutely great! Recently renovated, very upscale for this price point. The lobby and elevator are still being renovated, however the room more than made up for that. “Grossly underwhelmed”
I was in town when a snow storm made travel dangerous so I decided to get a room to give the snowplows time to catch up.The room was not cleaned at all before the reservation.
