“Hidden Gem in Eastern Iowa”
Great hotel with upscale amenities. Well appointed guest rooms with the latest technology and very comfortable bed. We were in a King room with floor to ceiling windows and blackout curtains. “Wonderful Stay”
We loved our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was comfortable and quiet in the room The restaurant, the Class Act, was pricey, but excellent food. We like that culinary students learn alongside the workers.

“We’ll be back 😊.”
We had a great couple of nights. The location was convenient for us. Restaurants close by and near the venue we were attending. The room was clean and cozy. We enjoyed having a decent coffee maker. It did get a little noisy at times but it was a weekend and we were close to the entrance. Nothing to… lisää

“Must stay at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center when visiting Cedar Rapids, Iowa!”
This is really nice and the culinary students do a great job with the menu. The stay is like a resort and the food is worthy of a star or two!

“Questionable decisions”
When I arrived to my room for the first time, I found that it had not been cleaned since the prior guest departed. Upon returning to the front desk, I was asked to wait so they could "investigate". After 30 minutes of waiting, a manager finally asked me what was happening and assigned me a new room… lisää
