No problems, great stay, atmosphere was nice, service was great, room was clean and spacious, pool looked good, zero problems

This property is tired and needs some TLC. The hallways are dated with wallpaper starting to come off the walls. Room was standard but needs a deep clean. This property is tired and needs some TLC. The hallways are dated with wallpaper starting to come off the walls. Room was standard but needs a deep clean. I found a big ball of hair in the middle of the room and all corners especially in the bathroom where dirty and dusty. Easy chair arms were very dirty. I have been in some sketchy hotel rooms before but I think this is the first one that I checked to make sure the bed sheets were clean. We did not eat the breakfast in the morning but it appeared to be a standard breakfast. They just forgot the regular coffee. At Check-out, the front desk clerk was unwilling to give me a paper copy of my receipt stating I booked online so I can get it from my email. Not a good practice. I was under the impression that Country Inn & Suites were a decent 3 star hotel. I hope others are not this way

We came out for a tournament and brought 12 families. When I initially looked up the pricing it was very affordable. The team rate though was $45-60 more than daily rate. We would have done better to secure rooms outside of blocking off rooms, but that gets tricky with large groups. Hotel common … lisää

We came out for a tournament and brought 12 families. When I initially looked up the pricing it was very affordable. The team rate though was $45-60 more than daily rate. We would have done better to secure rooms outside of blocking off rooms, but that gets tricky with large groups. Hotel common areas, pool, patio, breakfast space were all very accommodating. Beds were comfortable, no microwaves though. Walls in the rooms and bathrooms could use to be cleaned. Had KoolAid and cookies for the boys in the afternoon, which was a nice touch. Pricing structure was different than I was used to working with through other team trips with room blocks.
