“Delightful stay at this exceptionally clean and comfortable inn minutes from Cornell University”

“Great Affordable Lodging!!!”
The entire property is neat as a pin and clean as a whistle. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean. Beautiful tiled bathroom. Plenty of towels. Bed was comfy. The area is blissfully quiet. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

“Take the drive, it’s well worth it.”
Wonderful little spot. The rooms were recently remodeled and very comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly. A bit off the path, but well worth it. The bathroom was wonderfully new and bed was comfortable.

“You will not find better anywhere for the value!”
This was so well done for a budget motel. I own an upscale inn in Colorado (Stone House Inn - Crawford). We have not had a 4 star review since 2018 so my standards are high. “Very nice place in great location”
We enjoyed our stay at the Springwater Inn. The place is in a great location, near Cornell. Very easy to get around. The room was very clean and updated, and the bed was very comfortable. The Antler Inn restaurant just down the street was excellent too.
