“great hotel”
This is an economical hotel yet is always clean and is centrally located. The staff is friendly and helpful and it has become our go to hotel when we are in Joplin. I have never had a bad experience with this hotel and any needs I have had were fixed

“Clean room, form need”
The moment we walked in the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly person at the check in desk. All staff we encountered were friendly. The room was clean although there was a stain on the carpet. “I recommend this hotel”
Always a clean hotel and the breakfast is good although a little sparse. The coffee is good. The price for the quality is one of the best hotels I stay at. The hotel is always clean and in good condition. The rooms are well stocked with amenities.

“Nice find in a world of average motels...”
This is a good hotel/motel. I had a suite, large in size, and well equipped. The front desk staff on May 4th were so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I had free coffe etc. in the room. The hotel is very well placed for a walk over to BJ's restaurant. I recommend this hotel...

“Location is nice but place needs work.”
Long time choice hotel user. Stayed here based on price and reviews. Let’s just say the reviews seem a bit generous. Giving it 3 stars when it’s really a 2.5. Carpet and bedspread very stained! Room is clean other than that. Room is a bit run down and needs some tlc. Not too quiet or too noi… lisää
