“Great staff/ great stay”
The front desk staff at this location are so kind and helpful I really appreciated how great customer service they have. The whole hotel smells really good, room was clean and had a fridge and microwave all at an affordable price for December. Thanks guys!

“Nice hotel with questionable policies”
This hotel in and of itself was nice and in a good location. However, as a Hilton Diamond member I was a bit frustrated that I could not use the Hilton app to check in and pick my room. “Love the location next door to The Derby.”
The facility and our room were clean and suited our one night stay for my husband’s City of Hope appointment. However, the coffee machine did not work and a light bulb was out in the floor lamp. “Irritating Reception Staff”
A decent clean hotel with quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Beware if you are staying 4 nights you will only get housekeeping once.
