Beautiful hotel right near historic downtown Folsom. Lots of activity at this hotel, but was very quiet in the hallways. Room was spacious and ample parking. We went down to the bar to watch Thursday night football and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds were very pleasing.

“Nice hotel in Folsom”

Nicely run independent hotel in Folsom. Great location near historic Sutter Street making for convenient access to good restaurants and shops. Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable if a bit small. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free, onsite parking. Strong and fast wifi in my … lisää

Nicely run independent hotel in Folsom. Great location near historic Sutter Street making for convenient access to good restaurants and shops. Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable if a bit small. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free, onsite parking. Strong and fast wifi in my room. Minor negatives: electrical outlets are limited to one at the desk and directly next to bed; outdoor pool doesn't seem to be heated (they don't claim it is) but was disappointed to discover that since the pool was spotlessly maintained. Hot tub was enjoyably warm. All in all probably the best stay in Folsom. Would book again.

“Looked nice in the photos”

The lobby looked cheerful. The rooms are sad, brown decor and very dated. The TV and microwave are very old. I expected 1960’s shows to be on the TV but we were able to get something modern. The bed was comfy and at the end of the day, that’s what counts. What annoys me though is when hotels cha… lisää

The lobby looked cheerful. The rooms are sad, brown decor and very dated. The TV and microwave are very old. I expected 1960’s shows to be on the TV but we were able to get something modern. The bed was comfy and at the end of the day, that’s what counts. What annoys me though is when hotels charge twice as much for a room, than the regular price, due to a holiday. Normal price $85 - ok, I’d pay $85 for an old, worn out room with a comfy bed, but $180 is a tad bit steep. No coffee in the lobby, just those generic sachets in the room which barely color the water brown (to match the decor!) I want to support independent businesses but there is a give and take with all business transactions. I won’t be back for $180, I would return for $85.

“Disappointing visit”

The whole inn is very dated and sort of run-down. Our bed was good, though. There was a stale, pervasive odor throughout the inn. The breakfast is not complementary in contrast to so many comparable hotels, and the selection of fruit, cereals, and bread products was meager. Although the location in… lisää

The whole inn is very dated and sort of run-down. Our bed was good, though. There was a stale, pervasive odor throughout the inn. The breakfast is not complementary in contrast to so many comparable hotels, and the selection of fruit, cereals, and bread products was meager. Although the location in downtown Folsom is excellent, the inn certainly is not.
