This hotel is convenient, well managed,friendly and meets every requirement as a mini home away from home. It’s approximately 25 mins drive to and from the airport. This hotel is convenient, well managed,friendly and meets every requirement as a mini home away from home. It’s approximately 25 mins drive to and from the airport. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants, grocery stores, fast food spots, Starbucks etc. The hotel itself is awesome . A well managed extended stay. Lovely atmosphere, clean suites/rooms equipped with a kitchen, gym and there’s laundry onsite as well as convenient parking. Staffs on the property: Daniel is super friendly, welcoming and an awesome leader. Maria, Ana, and the others at the front desk are phenomenal. A competent team I’ll recommend this hotel all day.

As always, I believe in giving appreciation to people with beautiful energy and incredible customer service. Hubby and I stayed here for a weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. A sweet front desk attendant named Jimenez was such a pleasure to talk with upon checking in. She acknowledged our elite status and proceeded to upgrade our room. She was very detailed in explaining how the parking lot keypad system  worked, and if there were any issues with noise, then just let her know.  The next morning, hubby needed to print up a document and bless the assistance of the morning shift, Daniel, and Maria for their much needed help. Going the extra mile makes a true difference. Even though the hotel is located in what seems to be an urbanized area, the gated garage and key card accessible lobby and amenities made it feel very secure. The king suite room was spacious, well-lit, and the bedding was clean. I believe the walls were semi-soundproof (as I didn't hear across the hall neighbors once we closed our bedroom door), and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This is DEFINITELY LUGG APPROVED!

Booked this as was arriving late at night in LA and needed a cheap hotel close to the airport as was checking out first thing. Now this was some experience. Booked this as was arriving late at night in LA and needed a cheap hotel close to the airport as was checking out first thing. Now this was some experience. The parking lot is across the road and looks like the scene of a horror movie- the hotel gives you a code to access it. There is a convenient little snack area where you can purchase things or enjoy complimentary tea and coffee. The main reason I booked this was also because it had self service, free laundry facilities which we used to the max. There's also a DVD library and basic gym equipment. There is a smell of weed on some of the floors and there was loud music in other areas. The room was freezing from AC so we tried to put the heat on and it set the fire alarm off.
