We will be staying at this property, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday in January 2026. We stopped by to look over the hotel on our way home earlier this month. We were warmly greeted by Sarah and Brook at the Reception Desk as we entered. We were extremely impressed by the gracious welcome we received by these two goodwill ambassadors for this hotel. They couldn’t have been more thoughtful and accommodating. When we mentioned that we were light sleepers, they collaborated in deciding which room would be the quietest for my birthday celebration stay at The Lodge. Then Sarah, who was officially on duty, took the time and exhibited the extraordinary thoughtfulness to take us on a tour of the property and then show us the actual room they’ve reserved for us. Needless to say, Sarah and Brook provided very positive introduction to this lovely hotel. We are looking forward to our upcoming stay with these wonderful, gracious professionals.

My stay at The Lodge at Hilton Healdsburg was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire property feels like a peaceful retreat tucked into wine country, and the rooms are truly beautiful—modern, warm, and thoughtfully designed. Super comfortable beds, great views, and that cozy lodge vibe that makes you want to stay an extra night. But the real standout of my stay was Sarah. She deserves a massive shout-out! Whether she was at the front desk or behind the bar, she brought the perfect mix of professionalism, personality, and genuine hospitality. She’s friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. Her energy really elevates the whole experience. The service, the rooms, the atmosphere—everything was top-notch. If you’re coming to Healdsburg or exploring Sonoma wine country, this is the place to stay. Highly, highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

“Excellent friendly inn”

We were here in business and were delighted with the atmosphere and touches that made it feel like a vacation. Super friendly staff at the desk and in the kitchen. Great blankets and decor. Nice sized rooms and just very welcoming hotel. We will return.

The best thing we found was the bed was very comfortable. But I'm sorry to say the rest was meh. The hotel didn't offer any complimentary bottled water. You had to pay for them. The room also didn't have complimentary coffee in the room. The room had a coffee maker, but you also had to pay for the coffee. The hotel didn't have any low-cost amenities to make us feel welcomed. I know if they did, that could have encouraged us to come back. The room was small. The fireplace didn't work worth a darn. There were no flickering orange and yellow flames, or a warm, radiant glow. It didn't give us a cozy, sensory experience like a fireplace is supposed to give. One evening there was like a bumping-like sound coming from the fireplace that sounded like something was on the verge of exploding. We kept the fireplace off out of fear that it could explode. It surprised me to find the tissue box was empty in the bathroom. If you wanted to shower, there were only 2 bath towels to go along with 2 face towels and 2 wash cloths. Each day afterward the hotel gave us only 2 bath towels to use after a shower. We would have liked an extra 2 towels. The 2 faucets in the shower were kind of confusing because they both looked the same facing in the same position. You had to figure which faucet turned on the water and what the other faucet was for. We found one faucet turned on the water and the other was the shower diverter. It wasn't simple to begin with. The bathroom was too dimly lit to properly see yourself in the mirror. The poor lighting caused deep shadows making it difficult for my wife to put on her make-up. The lighting was inadequate and unflattering to her.
