“Anniversary weekend”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Toll House hotel. I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and they had the room set up with a bottle of wine, wine glasses and a heart on the bed made out of rose petals. It was above and beyond! “Perfect Getaway Spot”
The Toll House Hotel is a perfect hotel in the quaintest CA town! It is the perfect getaway spot for a girls weekend - we hiked, shopped, when to the beach, and spent such great time together. “Lack of customer service!”
A total lack of customer care by not informing us that the streets at their location would be completely closed on day of our arrival. A local holiday parade , clearly scheduled far in advance blocking all access to the property! We had no choice but to walk a half mile- with our luggage. Unaccep… lisää

“Mixed Feelings”
Located at very end of Downtown Los Gatos. Restaurants within walking., which you'll need because you cannot count on hotel restaurant being open. Chose for location but no warm & fuzzies here.
