“Customer Service is 5 stars!”
After being treated so poorly (understatement) by the woman running the Red Roof front desk. Then being refused a room by her - after taking her abuse and rudeness. “An excellent surprise”
Like a lot of users I was pleasantly surprised. The couple who runs this place is super nice, the housekeeping is super thorough and we honestly had a good time here. A no frills quaint little room. Very old & dirty looking. Debris left on the floor & carpet. Bed takes up while room, very tight space. The bedspread too large for the bed & hanging onto the floor.
