“Amazing staff!”
Honestly I’ve been having a rough time lately but Miki at the holiday inn was the highlight of my trip! Great staff everyone who works here is conversational and has an amazing sense of humor and are incredibly dedicated. The Shreyles could use some work though. Thank you!

“Officious desk clerk refused to give their Senior Rate to an 83 year old”
When i checked into this hotel on Sunday, October 22, 2023, the officious desk clerk refused to grant me the Senior Rate because I didn't reserve a room onlline. How is an 83 year old supposed to make an Online Reservation when they are in a location with NO cellphone service? I finally received t… lisää
