Just got back from here after a three day visit. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Carli. What a sweetheart! She was so pleasant, personable and helpful. Great service from staff. Know that this is a historic hotel. When the AC wasn’t working properly in our room, we were promptly upgraded to a better room.
