Front desk clerk Cortina H. was excellrnt. She had ansewers for our many questions. When out original room was not available fue to a plumbing problem,she personally went and made sure our ecchanged room was clean and presentable. She is a valuable asset to this location,and a reason we will return.

With a daughter in college nearby, we visit often & typically either stay at this property or the Claremont Doubletree. What a gem this one is…super-clean & comfortable rooms, solid fitness center, easy parking, & a terrific staff. Last night we were further impressed by the great service. Since there were 3 of us, no double queen rooms left, & we wouldn’t get in til after midnight, I reached out to request a rollaway bed for our king bed room. Corinna at the Front Desk kindly answered the call & ensured the rollaway was already in our room when we arrived @1am. We were incredibly relieved & beyond grateful. This kind of thoughtful hospitality continues to make us happy return customers.

“Help In Time of Need”

My family and I had a vehicle breakdown on the way back home to Arizona. We ended up at this Hilton Garden Inn in Pomona while our vehicle was being worked on by the mechanic for a few days. My family and I had a vehicle breakdown on the way back home to Arizona. We ended up at this Hilton Garden Inn in Pomona while our vehicle was being worked on by the mechanic for a few days. They were great, special thanks to the kindness and help from Brandy and Robert. They both went out of their way to help us with great pricing, extended/late check out waiving fees while we were stuck and spending money we didn't plan to while stranded. Brandy got us a great view of the mountain at a great rate each night we had to add. They were amazing and would definitely recommend Hilton Garden Inn Pomona to anyone! Hotel was clean, staff was great, laundry and gym were useful, breakfast burrito was legit and breakfast staff awesome! Thank you guys!
