“Pleasantly Surprised! One of the better best westerns!”
Room were big, clean and spacious! You could tell this hotel was relatively new Pool area and hot tub were a huge plus Breakfast was good also We only stayed here bc it was close to freeway to get to Joshua tree approx 45min, but def glad we stayed here would 100% stay again

“Great Hotel for Business Travel”
This is a great hotel for business travel. Full breakfast is included, and the fitness center is among the best I have seen in a hotel. Full dumbbell weight set and multiple cardio machines. “We loved our stay!”
We had the best stay a hotel has offered us in a really long time! All of the staff was friendly and helpful, we were greeted with smiles and sometimes the staff went above and beyond to help make our stay more comfortable. “Awesome BWP”
Best Western Plus ciachella is one of the best best Western locations I’ve ever been to. We go back there so often because of its great location,awesome staff who’s always waiting to help and very accommodating, very good hearty breakfast,. It also provides complimentary fitness room and Internet.

“No Coffee”
Coffee!!! Went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee in the morning at 6:40 am. No coffee!!! A staff person was kind of working on it, but no estimate when it might be available. A sign in our room said that FRESH coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day. Tough to get up and get going wi… lisää
