I would like to say that I am a Diamond Member that started coming to this location for over 3 years now. During this time I have to say that everytime I checked in Monday morning for that Week of work, there has NEVER been a time when my room was not immaculately cleaned, neat and beds perfectly made even down to the placement of the "4" pillows on each bed. That is quite a track record, the cleaning staff work tirelessly everyday with a smile, so I hope they are appreciated by BW management. Additionally, during this time, there are more than a handful of Hotel Staff at the front Desk that are courteous, attentive and quickly address the constant barrage of requests from their guests, no matter how rude the guest are to them, which takes a lot of discipline and professionalism to accomplish. MacKenzie always is in constant motion, making sure that the Coffee is always HOT, and has my Hotel Receipt ready for me every Friday morning. Sophia and Naomi are nice enough to take the time to print out any copies I may need for the next day, even when my requests come in at 11:00pm at night. Kiyara also at the front desk is always there to help me to make a change in my room schedule when needed. Actually, all four of them are capable of doing all of the things mentioned above and so much more, like replacing the batteries on the remote, or even a light bulb etc. Lastly, but equally important is the amazing free breakfast that is prepared by Debra on a daily basis starting at 6:00am, but in order to do that you begin preparing at least 2-hours before then to have everything ready by 6:00am, I know, because I used to work at a very exclusive Beach Club and everything has to be exceptional. Probably, the most important reason why I have chosen to exclusively stay at this Hotel, is because the staff here makes it feel like home to me because here, I am well taken care of and am not just a Guest, but part of their family, and they are part of my extended family as well. One last thing to mention is that this locations management is also helping with the tasks at hand when things get going too fast and that is how you lead, by example and showing a willingness to support each other!

I typically do Google I'm new to TripAdvisor but if you look up Albert J Hernandez You will see clearly with 40 million views on my photos and millions of views on my views that I know what I'm talking about... This in my opinion is the epitome of a home away from home a great stay great stuff clean rooms great breakfast You just really can't beat what they're doing at the Best Western in Valencia California.
