Good location, not too far to walk to the centre if you don't mind walking. Otherwise a short uber ride. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. “Watch the extras to your bill”

Only stayed one night. We arrived from Tahiti and our flight to Heathrow was not until the afternoon on the following day. Booked in. Had a short wait for our room. Only stayed one night. We arrived from Tahiti and our flight to Heathrow was not until the afternoon on the following day. Booked in. Had a short wait for our room. Helpful reception staff, all smiles and chat. It felt strange being referred to as "family" as in "welcome family" and "what can I do for family today" but it made me smile. The room was a great size with 2 x queen size beds. Overlooking the front and street. Good sized bathroom. We went for a walk to the beach area and pier. Sleep was easily achieved after our travels. Breakfast we on the ground floor and very cafe styled. Unfortunately America is no longer a cheap holiday destination. Breakfast was $23 each plus coffee. However once the bill arrived you realise that you then add on the tax plus the 20% service charge. Then they have the cheek to suggest you tip! They suggest 20% or 25%. So what the heck is the service charge? Am glad we only stayed the one day/night. If we had been there any longer we would have needed a car and overnight parking at the hotel was $57 a night or $62 for valet parking. A 7 night stay with a car would add a huge amount to your bill. On checking out we were informed they would be taking the obligatory tax from my card which was $43 for the one night, again a 7 night stay would be a huge increase to your bill. Fortunately our travel agent had forewarned us of this one. So if you had a car then a week would work out an extra $700 in parking and hotel tax.

Overall a slightly disappointing and underwhelming experience. The staff were generally excellent and always very helpful. On check in to my room, the safe was inoperative and I asked for it to be fixed no less than three times, yet it never was. The room amenities were poor - no tea or coffee-… lisää

Overall a slightly disappointing and underwhelming experience. The staff were generally excellent and always very helpful. On check in to my room, the safe was inoperative and I asked for it to be fixed no less than three times, yet it never was. The room amenities were poor - no tea or coffee-making facilities and only two small bottles of water provided. The air conditioning until in my room made a permanent, loud vibrating sound whenever active and the controls did not work correctly. The outdoor pool area was clean and relaxing. For the purposes of my stay, this hotel was fine but the above points were disappointing and frustrating.
