Our January stay at this property completely won us over—so when we saw they’d joined World of Hyatt, we didn’t hesitate to book a return visit this past weekend. As Globalists, we had high expectations… and they absolutely delivered. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed and, to our surprise, remembered from our previous stay—a thoughtful touch that made everything feel even more special. Preston set the tone right away, assisting with our luggage and pouring a perfect glass of red wine for our welcome. He’s genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Abner, who helped us at both check-in and check-out, was a pleasure to see again—especially now in his well-deserved role at the front desk after being promoted from bellhop! He’s polished, accommodating, and made sure every detail of our stay was seamless. And then there’s Joshua, he’s an absolute star! He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, somehow securing us a stunning presidential suite. The room was so beautiful and inviting that we happily scrapped our evening plans to stay in and enjoy it. Room service did not disappoint either—the branzino and Caesar salad were both delicious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, dressed in linens that felt downright luxurious—exactly what you want after a day on the beach. The property itself is gorgeous, with an unbeatable location right on Ocean Blvd, just steps from the Santa Monica Pier. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio at the on-site restaurant, soaking in the ocean breeze. The complimentary bikes and beach gear were the perfect bonus for exploring the area. They also offer live jazz in The Georgian Room and DJs in the lobby, adding a lively, stylish energy to the property. We didn’t get a chance to experience it this time, but it’s definitely on our list for our next visit. This place continues to impress on every level. We’ll absolutely be back.

“Wonderful Stay”

I did a one night solo stay after a conference to decompress and relax. From the friendliness of the staff to the beautiful art deco details throughout the hotel, I was very impressed.

During this stay, I had some unruly neighbors, and Amanda handled the situation quickly and efficiently, moving me to a quiet room without any hassle. Her responsiveness and professionalism turned what could have been a frustrating evening into a seamless experience. I love this hotel and will be back again.
