Stayed at the AC hotel Cuperino for a business trip. Spacious and modern accommodation, and convenient location. The team at the reception were professionally friendly and obliging. The hotel has all modern amenities including the gym.

I stay here often, and for good reason. The entire front desk has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to requests and anything I need. Check in is fast, easy, and pleasant. I stay here often, and for good reason. The entire front desk has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to requests and anything I need. Check in is fast, easy, and pleasant. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. I can park in the garage without worry of a break in, the entire property is very safe. The lobby is comfortable, breakfast is well above what you’d expect for a hotel, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly and respectful. Housekeeping is thorough, while being fast, and I wish I knew their names to put them in this review. I believe Alvaro is the housekeeper I interacted with the most, and he’s been fantastic, even cleaning my room at 8pm upon request! have 6 more weekends booked and will continue to stay here. The location is prime, In N Out across the street, 10 butchers Korean bbq is next door, with a Safeway nearby. I want to give a special thank you to the front desk staff.Amber, Tye, Preston, Mele, Stephany, and Jessica have all made my 50+ nights here great. I’ll be here as much as I can as the experience here is night and day compared to other hotels I’ve tried in the Sunnyvale and Cupertino area. Thank you again, we are very grateful for everything you do and the exceptional service you provide.

Now that's great customer service! I am completely satisfied with the outcome of our conversation and the actions taken by Pele to rectify the issues, including staff training. Below is my original review: AC Hotel Sunnyvale Cupertino Sunnyvale, California Super thin walls! December 2025 I've been a Marriott member for many years. This hotel has the most paper thin walls and front entry door I've ever experienced. No problems if you're flanked by quiet neighbors adjacent and across from your room. Unfortunately for us, the persons across from our room brought a young dog that would cry/whimper every 5 min. I, along with other neighboring rooms, called the front desk numerous times, and security finally intervened around midnight. In the morning our next door neighbors were extremely loud (talking and laughing) starting at 6:45 am! And unfortunately, any hallway noise is super amplified, so needless to say we had a rough night. Not sure why a modern hotel doesn't have better sound proofing. Besides the noise levels the hotel is fine otherwise. But FYI, management is not very empathetic to legitimate complaints.
